Welcome to Learn English Solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services

We provide online English language workshops and one-on-one classes to individuals globally. Our services are delivered via Zoom and Microsoft Teams and are subject to availability.

Booking & Payment

  • To book a session, you must complete the registration process on our website and pay for the service in full.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any such changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by the Client: You can cancel a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, no refund will be issued, but you may reschedule the session.

  • Cancellations by Us: In the event that we must cancel a session, you will be notified in advance and offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.

  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Session Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, and lesson plans, are the intellectual property of Learn English Solutions and are protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided during the course without our explicit consent.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology (internet connection, device, etc.) to participate in the online lessons.

  • You agree to behave in a respectful manner during all sessions. Any disruptive or abusive behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process your personal data. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred as a result of attending or participating in our sessions, unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
